well i jumped into my car a bit hungry but yet thought the 2-1/2 hour drive would fly by and i would eat @ my favorite resturaunt upon arival. 1/2 an hour en-route on the highway i was craving chips, coffee, fast food etc. as a test i stuck on a PERSONAL SLIM-AID PATCH 4 finger widths below the right knee slightly out turned... i state that within minutes i lost all of my cravings for food and indeed that lasted for hours thereafter.
